WELCOME AND THANK YOU FOR VISITING MY INFORMATIONAL
WEBSITE!

IF YOU SET OFF YOUR SYSTEM AND DO NOT PUT YOUR CODE IN CORRECTLY (THREE OR MORE
TIMES) you will be locked out of the system.  Do not bother to call the montoring station.  In fact wait for the monitoring
center to call you this way you can see that we are monitoring your home 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  When our
represenatives call they will identify themselves and ask for a password in order to cancel out the alarm.  If you do not know
your pass word our trained professionals will then ask a serious of questions to verifty your identity and that you are ok.

Before going out of town for any period of time feel free to call your monitoring station and let us know how to get in contact
with you while you are away.  This way we can keep you informed and know to send a response unit immideatily.

Update your point of contact list as changes occure and change your password regualary.  DO NOT WRITE YOUR
PASSWORD OR CODE ON OR NEAR ANY KEYPADS.
